How do I volunteer at the Library?

Teen Volunteers
Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age and have a valid Mount Pleasant Library Card.

Reading Buddies
Teens interested in meeting with children one-on-one for extra reading time can register here to be a volunteer.
You will be paired up with a child and will meet at the Main Library in Pleasantville on either a Saturday or Sunday.

Budding Writers

MPPL Techies
Do you know how to download Apps? Use Microsoft Office? Send email?
Help others use their phones, tablets, ereaders and laptops to download free library apps onto their digital devices.
If you are tech savvy and would like to share your skills with the community, volunteer some time at the library this year and earn community service hours.
