Minutes of the Meeting of April 18, 2019
Trustees & Liaisons present:

Administrative: Trustee Muccin called the meeting to order at 7:02 pm.
The minutes of the March 21, 2019, Board meeting were approved. Moved by Trustee Huerster, seconded by Trustee Edwards, and passed.
After discussion, it was moved by Trustee Quinn, and seconded by the Trustee Marmol, that:
It is hereby resolved that the Town Comptroller be authorized to:
>> Pay all vouchers reviewed and approved by the Director and the Comptroller, for the month of April 2019, for a total of $24,133.04
>> Pay Berger Hardware $27.96 for Maintenance Supplies
>> Pay Comlab Systems $4,107.56 for Server Upgrade
>> Pay E.A. Morse & Co., Inc. $137.82 for Maintenance Supplies
>> Pay Environmental Compliance Management $150.70 for Oil Tank Inspection - April
>> Pay Mount Pleasant Public Library (MPPL) $170.82 for Petty Cash Reimbursements
>> Pay Sir Speedy $138.00 for Signs in Children’s Room
>> Pay Staples $32.84 for Supplies
>> Pay Vivian Gufarotti $244.32 for Reimbursable Expenditures
>> Pay John Fearon $235.17 for Misc. Reimbursable Expenditures
201904-01 The motion passed
>> The Library has transitioned to the new WLS computer system, with some clear improvements in the public interface.
>> The Annual Report to the Public (for 2018), now published on the website, features a color format and enhanced graphics
>> There has been progress on the Inter-Municipal Agreement, but some elements still need to be addressed.
There were no committee meetings to report on this past month.
Trustee Levine moved for adjournment at 7:24 pm, seconded by Trustee Edwards.
