You are eligible for an MPPL library card if:

• You live either in the Town of Mount Pleasant (outside the incorporated villages) or the Village of Pleasantville
• You work in either the Town of Mount Pleasant (outside the incorporated villages) or the Village of Pleasantville, and live outside Westchester
• You attend school or college in either the Town of Mount Pleasant (outside the incorporated villages) or the Village of Pleasantville, and live outside Westchester
