giving practical examples, sharing interesting anecdotes, and giving advice on how to implement these ideas into every day life to form good habits and break bad habits.
In my opinion, I found this book to be extremely interesting and informational. Clear breaks down the seemingly overwhelming process of changing our habits into four simple steps. I think his advice is extremely helpful and easy to understand and follow. I love how he includes short anecdotes throughout the book to show some of these steps in action and how effective they can be. I also thought it was very interesting how Clear touched on some of the psychological and biological aspects of habit formation and how these play into the effectiveness of his method. each chapter filled me with more motivation and left me with a hunger for knowledge and a yearning to learn more.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their life by either starting a new habit or stopping an old one. The steps in this book are extremely simple and well explained so that they can be followed by anyone. I think everyone could benefit by reading this book and achieve the change they are looking for by following Clear's advice.
