This book was not one of my favorites. The story has a time jump, as well as jumping between the perspectives of three different characters. I feel like the plot was difficult to get into, and if you don’t have an idea of what is going on with the plot beforehand, it is easy to get lost. The jumping between characters also makes it difficult to connect with them, and makes it hard to become invested in their development.

Although this book was not for me, it can definitely appeal to those who are into mysteries, the supernatural, and forbidden love. If you like to solve crimes, this book is a race against the characters to figure out how it all fits together. I would recommend this book to older readers, 16+, as the content is heavy, and the story can be a bit confusing.
